Ok so today I watched Goong epi. 18 ^-^
First half of the episode was sooo fun :P but I didn't like the second half..bleuh.
Well I won't say so much on Shin + Chae Gyeong, coz I mean they're fun but today was like, JANG KYUNG AND KANG HYUN!!! Shin's nosy best friend and Chae Gyeong's glasses best friend.

First, I knew this was gonna happen one way or another. Coz you know, appearnces and personality and status are all pointing in oppoiste directions for the two of them. Even though the 2 of them look oh so cute togtehr, what caught me the most was that they're oh so different from each other. And I mean very!

Jang Kyung is like everything Kang Hyun doesn't need in her life. A noisy, immature and annoying boy galloping into her reserved, quiet life. Jang Kyung is probably also a pretty, rich boy whose family owns a big important company that will be passed onto him without him having to lift a finger. I'm thinking this is the exact kind of guy Kang Hyun hates.

But!! All the scenes, the possibilities, the humour~!! I can see it before me~~~! Jang Kyung will like smash Kang Hyun's controlled life into tiny bits. And he'll be persistent even though he keeps on getting rejected because he has to have everything go his way.

So today I'm watching 18 and OMG irt actually happened!! And Jang Kyung's acting made it all so much better!! It was so out of the blue!! At the jacuzzi...he just wades across and looks at her with this astonished expression!! And Kang Hyun's expression is seriously one of "wtf..?"
I guess she didn't think someone like Jang Kyung would ever notice she existed. But!! He was like to his friend..."since when did this ugly duckling turn into a swan". I was like " WAHAHAHAHAHAHHA"
And later he tried flirting again...with his oh so sexy/big/pervy smile!! OMG!! I love this pairing :P

Oh and it went well with SHin + Che Gyeong but then bad again...after a big kiss and a slap T^T...and Yul...ugh..hate him...die already...stupid sissy prince wannabe ...

Well anyway later in the afternoon we had a small welcoming gathering and then I went to watch a concert.

Everyday there are concerts at the "Aula Major" to watch and if you're part of the Orlando Festival [participant] you can go in for free and me being the cheapskate that I am, will go!
Was very very lovely music~! Specially the little boy with the cello..he's 14 i think :P, was so awesome!

I don't know if you're ever going to read this but I just want to apologise here for today's argument.
I suppose I reacted badly, mainly because I can't see you the way you are now. Defending someone who is literally breaking you from the inside and outside.

I know I'm a very...how to say...a person who doesn't care what others think her [most of the time], but still...have you actually stood back for a few seconds and seen how that guy is treating you?
Every time I ask you about how you two are, you always smile and say you're ok and that he's a great guy and he's so cute and all that stuff.

Have just awoken up from my deeeeeeep slumber....and have a facial expression of ..=_=
So on Friday, my school had a gala....which I thought was rather shitty coz there weren't enough people!! Where did they all go???!!!

Well after gala at like 02:00..took a cab into town and walked around with a groupie for ages. ..and in the end decided to go where we started, "Cafe de Beurs" =_=
So to compensate the demise of my feet I decided to drink..alot..^^;;
And then everyone was calling me wasted which I WAS NOT!! I remember most things...and I didn't fall alseep...and ...fucking hell I'M NOT IN DENIAL!!

I remember drinking like 4 vodkas, 2 wht/red wines and 3 beers...omg and I remember singing to sappy dutch football songs...and "Angels" by Robbie Williams...while being attached to Paul's arm...=_=;;

And then aaaahhh fucking hell when we were waiting for a cab at 05:30...Anton just had to scare the fucking shit out of me when I nearly fell asleep on a chair outisde...>_<...I'm so scared for life....fucking hell....argh..fine I'll forgive him only coz he lent me his jacket...evil bastard...~_~

And yesterday was party at Paul's place...got so... fine I'll admnit I was wasted then... coz...i had like ¼ bottle of Drop Shot downed in one go and abot 2 beers....and some wtf was it called ... green shit...Boswandeling??

Do you ever have those days...where you just want to lie down...close your eyes...and never wake up?
Well, that's my kind of day today.
I figure....sometimes...I just want to leave the world...everything's falling apart again.

The other day, that morning, I sat down in our aula where a few of my classmates were sitting. They were talking about a small party that was held for a friend on Monday, unfortunately I couldn't go. They were all bitching about Charlie, one of my few best friends. Making fun of her, laughing at her, calling her different things....it frustrates me that they just can't say it to her face but have to sneak about and say it. One of the girls on the table was even all friendly and cuddly towards her today...while only a day ago she was callling her such a clingy-fangirl...I don't understand people.. I just stood up and left. I had nothing to say and knew it was best to go before I got a bit too pissed off. I've sworn that I would never forgive anyone if they hurt charlie, karen or any of my other friends. Coz they've done too fucking much for me to make me not stand for them when they're not around.

But I suppose in school there's that whole hierachy thing. I mean, now I kind of have a few friends...but when I was in my first year at highschool...haha...nobody was friends with me 'cept charlie and naluwagga...cause yeah...nobody wanted to be friends with them. I guess we were all kinda content with being just the three of us. We didn't need to be "cool" or go out every night...be able to drink and smoke to have fun. They didn't care that I was the one everyone called fat and pickle faced. They just took me in coz I was who I was. And fuck yeah, I'm grateful for meeting them.

And now there's this whole issue between my parents and I...it seems like ...I don't know...sometimes it feels so empty...I try to do my best in everything..violin, tennis, school...but it never seems to be enough. There's always something that needs to be better, always something I should or shouldn't have done, always something I should have been smart enough to figure out on my own. Yeah, sure I can be pretty mature and indepedant and smart for my age, but...sometimes I just want a little help. A few compliments, a few praises instead of the constant bantering or criticism. When we go out, meet other people, they always just smile and say good things about me...but..it just feels so fucking cold to me. It's like they need an audience to be able to be proud of something I've done...and fuck...it feels shit.

They don't accept me for who I am. Not my music, not my taste, nothing at all. Everything I like is too..different...unique...for them...It's like I fucking feel like I've let them down....I just fucking feel like that's always happening and I can't do anything about it.

I feel like I haven't become the daughter they've always wanted

So maybe a bit about my trip today hmm...
Well first night was rehearsal and then skive off to the hostel café/bar. Met some aussies there hehe ^^ They're accents were soo...australian~ All of them screaming how Heineken was the best beer coz Aussie beer is shit. Ugh, I personally find Heineken a far too bitter beer for me [fan of Corona] but whatever suits them. Uhmm...kinda had a couple of pints but not enough to lure me into a hangover the next morning.

Woke up way to early for my own good the next day. Probably coz of the cushion...way tooo soft. Had to fold it in half to actually keep my head on it and not sinking into it. Kept waking up every 2 hours or so. The whole orchestra stayed in 2 rooms. 1 of 20 people [the younger kiddies] and 1 room of 26 for us "pensioners". Hehe ^-^.

Second night was basically the same actually. Played some games, drank, talked, watched cards being played, drink, drink, bar, I think you get the picture. Well I suppose food wise it wasn't that bad. Bread, bread, bread, >__<

Yesterday was one of the worst nights of my life.

I knew what I got myself into when I admitted to myself that I liked an older guy. I mean true he's 21, a 6 year difference and even though most of friends say it isn't that bad, I still always felt as if it was kind of useless. I guess I never really bothered thinking about it too much because it was only yesterday that I understood and broke down.

At home, I hadn't told anyone because I didn't want my parents thinking I was being stupid. Only my brother knew because he caught me one day talking to myself when I thought nobody was at home. I told him everything coz frankly there was no point in denying something he just flat out heard me say. I had always thought that it was our little secret at home.

Yesterday, I was talking to my brother about 'him' when my mom walks in. She scared the shit out of me and I quickly asked how much she heard. She said it was nothing she didn't know before. Of course, me being my stubborn self said that I didn't like him at all, just as a friend. And she said "It isn't wrong to like someone who was much older," which kind of shocked me. But then she did say that it would never work out for me.

I think I just kind of stood there and didn't say anything. After a few seconds of blankness I said I knew that it would never work out. And she replied with "As long as you know that." I suposed I excused myself because I really felt like crying then. I decided to take a shower to clear my thoughts but when the water came, everything came out and I broke down.

And cried.

Hello children!

Once again I return from the dead in order to wish everyone a Happy New Year~! This really is a late post...I haven't been able to use the computer or internet for a while seeing that I have my exams coming up T-T...right now I'm on someone else's computer...hehehe.... Eating away their Internet bills...mwuahahahahha!

I'm rather pissed right now...mostly because I had this whole argument/debate/verbal fight with some idiot who thinks:

I then mentally proceed to rip his guts out and dip him regularly in vinegar and salt. This isn’t my line but stolen from my oh-so-friendly economics teacher.

I hate those kind of people. The kind that think they are right without even knowing what the hell they are saying. Oh yes it's so wrong to like or even love someone of the same gender. I mean, you don't see gay people beating heterosexual people because they don't like the opposite gender. I'll admit that I don't know much about the gay community and I have absolutely no idea what they have to go through because I'm a totally straight girl but even so I really don't see the need or reason why people should be prejudiced against, pushed aside or pointed at because they like whom they like.

I mean...if a homosexual person loves someone and a heterosexual person loves someone, they're both feeling the same feelings right?

I've just finished my homework on T.S. Eliot's Preludes...=_=;; I feel like my eyes are gonna fall out...-_-;; Oh and it seems my liking of that one person was just a phase...I woke up today and it was gone...=_=;;; my mind is haywire...
So for today this filmcrew came to the music school and filmed the theory lessons and the orchestra [mini] rehearsals...it was rather...disturbing and distracting...and I really hate that bald old geezer that came...he was so grumpy
So my day was pretty uneventful...I should really go out more...but then I'd have to bask in sunlight...eeeeewwww...
Hehe ×¥×....oooh for school we're going to do this dancing thing ^o^ it was my idea!! I'm such a genius >o<. We're going to perform a combination of dances. So for me, I'm doing the waltz, rumba, and cancan. I'm so excited!! So nowadays I'm really into DDR [a.k.a. Dance Dance Revolution ^-^]. And I get to design and make the costumes~!!! Soooo fun ^o^

Hm...anything interesting to tell....no...not really...I have tried to get ahold of a new book to read....but I can't find anything worth while...and yes D, I have finished all those books you lent me and I must say your sense of humour is strange. Today S.I. is providing a recipe for WASABI SUSHI~!

Recipe For Today
Wasabi Sushi
Sushi rolls, also known as maki-zushi, is vinegared rice combined with seafood and vegetables then wrapped in an edible seaweed called nori and sliced into rounds. They are easy to make, and delicious to eat. Wasabi is a very hot, green paste for those who didn't know. This recipe is for wasabi sushi only but there are plenty of variations using the same basics!

Needed:
A sushi mat for rolling
2 and 1/2 cups Japanese short-grain rice (like Koshihikari rice)
2 and 1/2 cups cold water
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons superfine (caster) sugar
2 teaspoons salt
6 sheets nori (seaweed)
Japanese soy sauce
Pickled ginger (gari)
Wasabi paste

Preparation:
1. Place the rice in a colander and rinse thoroughly under the tap until the water runs clear, then drain well.
2. Place the rice and the cold water in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil.
3. Cover the saucepan, turn the heat down to very low, and cook for 15 minutes without lifting the lid.
4. Turn off the heat and allow to stand 10 minutes more, still covered, then spoon the rice into a large bowl.
5. Mix together the vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves, then drizzle over the rice.
6. Mix together gently to coat the rice with the sushi vinegar, then set aside to cool to room temperature.
7. Toast each nori sheet very lightly by passing back and forth quickly over a stove-top hot plate (don't place it too close to the heat or else the nori will burn)

How To Roll:
1. Spread the rice over the nori sheet.
Place a nori sheet on your rolling mat and spread 1 cup of cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori by pressing with wet fingertips, leaving a 1-inch border at the far edge.

2. Smear a small amount of wasbi on the rice.
Smear an amount of wasabi in a line across the middle of the rice (how much you smear on depends on you own tastebuds. Wasabi is very hot!).

4. Roll up the sushi into a cylinder.
Roll up the sushi tightly with the sushi mat to form a neatly packed cylinder (like a fat cigar).

5. Squeeze the sushi roll firmly.
Squeeze firmly to make sure the sushi roll is tightly packed (be careful not to squeeze too hard or you'll break the sushi roll o_O).

6. Cut into rounds
Cut each sushi roll into 11/2-inch rounds using a sharp, damp knife (it's important that you re-moisten the knife after each cut).

7. Serve the sushi!
Serve the sushi with a small bowl of soy sauce for dipping, extra wasabi if needed, and slices of gari (Japanese pickled ginger). You can eat sushi with your hands or with chopsticks.

Hmmm...many thoughts have plagued my mind...and I must say...that they are all quite amusing to say the least....like that time my right half was wondering whether the baby's head was actually it's behind or front...or when the left half was debating whether crocodile's with whips or sharks with handcuffs were more sexy...yes rather amusing ain't it?
And...also...I detest..........trashy magazines...they are conquering my world...the darkness within me must win!!! >o<>o<

I am feeling absolutely SMASHED!! And not from drinking....from sporting. I've been tennising, running, and walking up stairs!! I hate stairs!!!!!!! There was a reason elevators were invented! For convenience! Not laziness! Oh and on the lefty there's a picture of a typical chinese public bathroom for women...I heard from my lil bro that the men's was just a wall...-_-;;. You guys out there will have to tell me ^w^.
I have also found a new band to adore~! They're called "Rooster" I wuv 'em~! Look they're up there! KYAAAAA~! And I got this really cool hat from my cousin. Since she works at Puma, she gets alot *and I mean alot* of free stuff. So she gave me this really cool, pink french barette. WOW~! I am awesomely happy. Now I only need to get a lifesize poster of the one and only Tom Felton and woah...guess what?...I'll be even happier~! Oh my life is bliss~!
Ack...cockcroach....and mosquito...I swear they're out to get me!! Gotta go kick some bugbutt!

Well Hellllllloooooooo~!
I'm back from Beijing, China! O.O It's darn shame I don't have a memory card reader so that I can upload my photos to show you all >o<. I'll put them up asap!! I swear! It was really fun going there coz we went with a tour and everyone was really friendly. But you really have to be prepared for everything you see. There's alot of adapting to do. For me, it was ok, since things like public toilets are quite similar to the ones in Taiwan. However, I can imagine a foreigner seeing one of the toilets and literally thinking "How the hell do I use this??" Food is another issue. First day went quite well I thought. But then the second day I felt really sick. I think it's coz I'm not used to eating their food. O well...

Hellozy~! It's finally reported to be over! The typhoon~! I cango shoppping ~! Yes~! WHOOT~!
It was quite scary to be there though...having everyone being all prepared for it and then having yourself not knowing what you're expected to see. The adrenaline is quite something to deal with. For the news account, check at www.taipeitimes.com. The picture on the left is from one of the accounts and you can see how bad the damage is. The area where I stayed wasn't that badly affected by the typhoon compared to other areas in Taiwan. The sight of all the destruction caused by the weather was quite shocking. Especially if you're seeing it all happen from your own appartment window. I mean I seriously saw street signs being flung off their posts and being blown away like leaves. The 2nd pictuire with the 3 men is of a Gucci store that was robbed. One of the windows broke because of the typhoon and at least 86 designer items were stolen O.o. When we were driving down the mountains [Our appartment is on a range of mountains called Yang Ming San], we thought "ack, there's only rain". So we continue driving and then suddenly "THUD!" On my side of the window, we get whacked by a flying humungous branch. I was scared outta my mind...and then I saw a scooter rolling down the mountain because of the fierce winds...my eyes were O.O;;...And all the trees at the side are bent at 90 degrees or lying on the ground. There was seriously alot of damage done and I hope that everything will be alright after this typhoon. And that's the end of this post!

Another day of typhoons. I was however, very productive...I went to the gym. I also saw a tree being lifted fom it's roots and fall damatically to the ground. Hehehehe....All this panicing is fun ^^. I also spent most of my time watching Friends....it's funny when your watching it for the upteenth time with your cousins while eating so much junk food...ahem...They also have this excercise thing that...vibrates...no perverted thoughts intended...I know what your thinking! Kekekekeke...Oh and the reason why I'm a genius would be because I have successfully installed my ipod onto my dad's laptop without having to be asked the serial number. You see...I forgot to jot that serial number down...mwuahahahahahahaha. And also I am hoping to get seriously smashed up at the karaoke bar that I'm going to in a few days...hopefully...And the drinks here are soooooo cheap! A smirnoff is like 55 NT$...which would be ....divide by 40....you do the math...much cheaper than in NL...and the beer...oh...the beer is heavenly~! They even sell corona...in special boxes...that are all gold and pretty~! ^^
Oopsie gotta go~! Pray that I don't get blown away by the winds! ^w^;;

Yo everone! Ni hao~!
I'm tempted to type out lyrics onto this screen right now but I won't, it'd just annoy and scare you away ^^. I'm fake singing to "Carnival Town" by Norah Jones. Please wonder why, it's because the living room at my grandma's is filled with people and I am in no need of embarresing myself as I usually do around me friends.
Anything new in my life? Hm....well apart from being stuck inside because of a typhoon...I'll be sure to run outside when I see a tree fall, rocks smash onto apartments [coz there are only high rise flats here] or cars whizz around because of the wind...It's raining.....very hard...I'm getting ideas....I wanna run outside...and feel the rain~! The spirit of rain~! Doesn't that sound like some song....by that Lizzy Magsomething girly??
Argh the internet connection I have here keeps falling out. It's bugging me, I'm tempted to through the labtop I'm behind across the room, repair it, and then thow it out the window ^^;;. And I hate my brother right now. Why? Coz he brought his mp3 player with a certain song on it...apart from the crazy frog ringtone that I absolutely detest there's one more thing I hate more. "Watsgeburt".....I have heard it at least 5 times oday on mx. volume...do you have any idea how much torture that is??? *sigh*....my toes just touvhed the water...argh please ignore that, that's part of Norah Jones song =_=;;

Argh...noooooooo....I spotted something...I'm begging to some holy deity up there that it isn't what I think it is...O.o....O but yes it is....>o<....a...stain...or as they say in dutch "een vlek". Pronounced: A-n [like the an in anus ^^] vl-ek [ek would be like the beck in beckham, who I dislike immensely] Doesn't that sound weird if you try to say it in english? Or maybe it's just me. Back to the matter at hand...I think it's a drink stain...or maybe vinegar...or something liquidy...O.o I really hope it comes off. Why is it that this weak I am entirely vulnerable to stains? They're everywhere! They're out to get me! And I'm going insane~!!!!
I might update this blog of a nothing in Taiwan, so either I'll chat to you in one way or another or you'll hear my rants of insanity from Taiwan. ^-^;;

Watsgeburt everyone?
I bet most of you are going "WTF??!!"
I can't help but agree with all of you! You see all you non-dutch people...there's been a new 'hit' single in town called "watsgeburt". Now would someone please tell me how the hell something like that could even be called music...and as you'll have noticed by now...I hate that bloody....piece of words put together. I can't possibly call it a song.

Of course with every statement there must be a reason. Well, I have enough to fill the Nile river. At least I hope to...eventually.

The dog on the left is Macbeth....yes as in Shakespeare's Macbeth. Why you may wonder...because I always bite into him when I'm doing my english homework ^^;;
Then there's Mr. and Mrs. Cushion. Mr. Cushion is of course the red one :P
Then there's Fluffy, the black sheep in the back and Jean Claude, the lemur and Hopkins, the bear. Finally on top there's Sunako, the orange snake.
Jean Claude is a new addition, I just bought him in Antwerpen while on an orchestra trip :P

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to clean this? No? I'll tell you, it's hell! That's the main reason I haven't moved anything on here since god knows when. This is my music/other section. Here you'll find my CDs....books coz they don't fit anywhere else....a mirror....art books....hair straighteners...an alarm clock that seriously screams "ohayou~!"[good morning in japanese] at 7 in the morning because the batteries won't die. I can't seem to open the area where the batteries are and the thing doesn't have an off switch...and please I'm begging you, don't ask why there's a microphone in the bottom right corner...You'll also notice a fashionable old discman and polaroid camera looking thing.
I also have a pile of shoe boxes filled with none essential papers next to the white big box. But they're hidden by the table corner [YES~!]
There's also an ink cartridge box...or is that an extra mouse..hmm lemme go check.
Oh~indeed it is an extra mouse...how the hell did that get there. My mutated lobster friends must have brought it there...You'll notice by now I'm going insane so I'll leave you alone now!
